Think Spring

Have you ever watched how birds build their nests? It’s a fascinating and meticulous process, as they gather twigs, grass, and other materials to create a safe haven for their eggs and young. Every spring, robins visit our property and carefully construct their nests in the trees and bushes. They seem to have an instinctive knack for finding just the right spot—tucked away and secure, yet close enough to observe their surroundings.

I love watching them fly back and forth, carrying bits of nature in their beaks, weaving it all together with impressive precision. It’s a reminder of the beauty and ingenuity of nature, and I feel so lucky that our property becomes part of their seasonal tradition.

I always leave pieces of twine around the property for the birds to find in the spring. They use them to build their nests, and it makes me feel connected to them in a special way.
